How much does each session cost?

Our packages range in price and will be discussed in depth at your evaluation once we have established your personal plan of care. Packages are available at a discounted rate based on the volume of visits.

Payment is required at or before the time of service. Our payment is based on 60-minute treatment sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

There are no hidden fees, costs or bills after treatments.

Why is Momentum Physical Therapy out-of-network?

In order to provide the best service, we are not working with insurance companies. Current limitations and constraints limit the therapist’s ability to properly identify, treat and progress based on client’s needs. Circumventing insurance allows the therapist to determine what modalities, visit length and treatments are required for optimal outcome. Our goal is to get you where you want to be, not where insurance companies think you should be.

YES! We can provide all the required paperwork to help you submit for re-imbursement.

Will I need a referral?

The state of Texas allows you to be seen for 3 weeks without a referral However, if you are wanting to submit for FSA/HSA or out-of-network benefits one will be needed. We will absolutely help you get one after the evaluation.

Can I use my HAS or FSA?

YES! We can provide all the required paperwork to help you submit for re-imbursement.
